Extended Service – “Client’s care” service for WBTServer

The service contains:
  • Consulting and Service activities (once a month during the period of 12 months)
The consultant will be responsible for checking the functionality of the system at the Client’s office during the 12 months, once a month. The range of the consultant’s responsibilities:
  • System updates, (in case of releasing a new version)
  • System backups
  • Revision of the system logs
  • Possible corrections in the system configuration
  • System security check (HDD free space, analysis of the hack attempts)
  • Consultations concerning the further extension of the system
The price contains the travel fare, daily allowance and the accommodation costs.

  • We guarantee support answers in 4 hours and when essential fault appears we start our work immediately after receiving notification.
  • Access to update for 12 months
  • SLA level increase
  • This package is available for those of clients with “Client’s care” service and have at least one trained administrator
  • Package is available for clients who give us remote access to the platform
